Had about 30 minutes to kill and found this tiny cozy Okinawan restaurant in the tiny alleys of Koenji... about 1-2 minute walk from the station.
Free otoshi... well inclusive in the 432 yen table charge.

Recommended items... I went for the 810 yen Taco Rice of course!

Its such a nice cozy spot and most of the customers were in their 20's early 30's with a few young couples.
